Bedford Center The

RSNC's goal is to Promote dignity and independence of people with disabilities and other special requirements. Rehabilitation Services of Northern California was set up in 1949 as a private, nonprofit 501(c)3 public benefit corporation. RSNC has centers in Contra Costa County and serves more than six hundred people each year. The RSNC Board of Directors are dedicated community volunteers who supply guidance, support and their expertise to the organization.
