Rental Policies
read moreTo ensure proper quantities and availability, customers are encouraged to place all rental orders well in advance - at least one month in advance for tents, all other large orders at least 2-4 weeks. First-time renters must provide a valid driver's license and valid debit or credit card. All reservations require a 30% deposit at the time of order placement. We accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Company Checks, and Money Orders as a form of payment. All reservations over $100 must be paid for in full 10 days before the event.

read moreThe damage waiver covers any accidental damage. The customer has the right to waive the damage waiver. If the customer decides to do so, they will be held liable for any damages that may occur. If the customer decides to keep the waiver it is non-refundable. It does not cover theft, vandalism, mysterious disappearance, or damage due to misuse of equipment. Any cancellations within the 2-week delivery or pick-up window may cause you to lose your 30% deposit. Any custom orders that were placed may not be cancellable.
