The virtual visit with Dr. Perry and the in home follow-up visit with Dr. Coughlin were both very professionally handled. Both vets (and Dr. Coughlin's assist) truly cared, were completely professional and most importantly provided great care for Bennie. His hot spot is well on the way to being healed up. Great service! Dr. Carolyn Santore of BetterVet was fantastic. I love the convenience of the service first of all. It fits my lifestyle perfectly. Ordering was easy, and I wasn't charged until the services were provided. They came earlier than my scheduled appointment, and tried calling me to make me aware however I didn't have my phone on me. But it was fine. They took great care of my dog and answered all my questions.
They got her caught up on her shots and everything without me leaving my home. I love the service and hope they add teeth cleaning very soon. I plan on using them for my pet care going forward and I'd recommend them to anyone, especially those that are far from good veterinarians or have challenges traveling to and from a vet.

Dr. Olivia came today to care for my "street" cat that adopted us. She was awesome! Fiona warmed right up to her and did great being examined. Shot and chipped wasn't too happy with but no one was injured in anyway! I would highly recommend Dr. Olivia and Better Vet to anyone who asks!

We have 5 dogs so getting all of them to the Vet is challenging and very stressful. I saw an advertisement for Better Vet on Social Media and thought that I would give it a try. Getting set up on the Better Vet app was very easy, so was adding my card and dogs, luckily for me there's no limit on dogs added. I was able to get a wellness check for 3 of my dogs booked within a week and a few reminders were sent to me.
I had no idea what to expect once the Vet arrived and my expectations were exceeded! Dr. Santore and her assistant Tara were friendly and kind from the moment they arrived until they left. Dr. Santore and Tara were very sweet and knowledgeable to my 3 dogs. Tara had plenty of treats ready for my dogs when Dr. Santore was ready to give them their vaccines. I told both Dr. Santore and Tara that they were our Angels and have made our life a little easier. I will recommend Better Vet to all family and friends!

Our vet is awesome. She was on time. Spent time checking my other cat also. Prescribed medications needed which she had with her. It was over all an excellent experience Dr. Coughlin is the best. Will not only refer her but will definitely use her in the future. Believe me you can't go wrong. My cats were very calm. They were not all freaked out which was the best part. Excellent service and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My cat Oreo did not have the stress of being put into a carrier and carted to the doctor. Will definitely use this service again. I highly recommend for your pet.

The ability to get a house call from a veterinarian is such an incredibly convenient option. They showed up on time, we're very friendly and expertly worked up my pets. My rottie is such a big baby, but blood draw and vaccines were not an issue. I feel that I am not sacrificing continuity of care in the least. I highly recommend BetterVet to anyone and everyone!
