Mario was our contact person. He was patient with us as we decided on shingle color and manufacturer. Brought us multiple samples. He was not only pleasant to work with but also professional. After receiving several quotes higher and lower we decided to use Big Al's simply for their professionalism and transparency. When they came out they told us exactly what needed to be done and gave us a complete listing of everything in the contract so there would be no surprises. Once they started they had a whole team working at the end of the day our house looked like no one had been here b/c they cleaned everything up as well. The work was done in about a week and a half more or less, so fast and our roof looks AMAZING! Our neighbors and friends have not stopped complimenting us.

First word that comes to mind is, AMAZING! Big Al's roofing is just that. After going through my own horrible experiences of roofers in miami, i was skeptical of having to use a new roofing company. I began researching different roofing companies through many sites, especially social media. Big al's roofing definitely caught my eye. I immediately called Alvaro and he was out the same day to give me an estimate.

He showed up when committed every time. He is extremely responsive to your needs and always has a can do attitude. What was even more impressive was that he had my roof cleared and papered in one day and completely finished on the third day after Inspection. Never seen that before. Great! I called Al and made an appointment and he showed up right on time. He is nice, courteous and professional! He gave me an estimate and went over the entire process of roof replacement and told me I can have the job done within a week and true to his word, it was completed within a week. I acquired a few estimates from other companies and narrowed it down between Big Al and another company.

It was difficult deciding between these two companies because they each had excellent records. The deciding factors in choosing Big Al's Roofing was that he kept following up with me on a consistent basis, his knowledge of this field, let me know he really wanted the job, gave me a better price to meet competitors pricing for the quality job I wanted and is a GAF Contractor and offers the Certificate of Warranty thru GAF. It went smooth. Price was competitive and communication was always there via email (which is very important to me). The tile I chose took a couple months to be available (not his fault, tile company has a leeway of about that much), but once the date was established, work started promptly and finished quickly. About 2 weeks total. Cleanup was handled professionally and my new roof looks great!

The Big Al's Experience is real! My wife and I were in the process of purchasing a home in Palmetto Bay and during inspections discovered we were dealing with a roof that was close to 30 years old. I saw Big Al's sign on another project and decided to give him a call. Prior to signing any contract or providing a deposit, Big Al starting working with us.

From the beginning, Big Al was straight forward on time frames depending on the type of roof we were going to install. He provided us with multiple quotes for different roofing types. Al was very patient with us during our decision process and provided us with multiple samples of concrete tile, shingles and metal. We ultimately decided to go slightly unconventional with a shingle/metal combo. Al didn't hesitate with our choice and was excited about doing a project that he had never done before.

Prior to demolition and installation, Al outlined his process and reassured us that our property would be protected and the site would be kept cleaned at the end of each day. Big Al delivered! When Big Al's crew arrived they came ready to work. In one day they removed the existing roof, repaired any rotten wood, installed new ventilation stacks, tar paper and flashing.

Basically the roof was water tight and ready for shingles. After inspections, the crew arrived again to complete the shingles and metal portions of the roof. From start to finish our roof (5,500 SF) was completed in less than seven working days! Big Al delivered! Installing a roof is a big expense and knowing there is a roofing contractor in Miami who delivers on what he is selling is a huge relief. We continue to receive compliments from the neighbors on how nice the roof looks which is a reflection of Big Al's work. Thanks again Al for the "Big Al's Experience"

I've had the same spot in my house leak three times and repaired it three times by a different company, I called big Al's roofing yesterday February 13 and he sent out his best professional the next day to correct the problem as it should have been done the first time around! Amazing company with a great group of employee this company is the fastest roofer I've seen I recently had my roof replace in Miramar Fl by Big ALS Roofing and they did a awesome job.
