The owner, Will, tested it, and once escrow was closed, he removed mold in the attic on the support beams and in the garage. Will was responsive, started right away, and had good follow-up. He did a thorough job, including cleaning up afterwards.
We were so pleased with the work and his responsiveness, that when a plumber couldn't find the leak in the kitchen sink area, we called Birchall Restoration. We knew from our previous experience with Will, that he wasn't afraid to jump right in and investigate the situation thoroughly. Will responded right away and found the leak quickly. We needed the leak stopped and the new water damage repaired under the sink (damage to the melamine and drywall under the sink). Throughout the whole repair process he gave us options and kept us informed. At the point we realized that the subtop was damaged and wouldn't dry, Will worked with us to demo the old countertops and prep the kitchen for new counter installation. He worked with us on the price (very fair). We recommend Birchall restoration for any mold or water remediation, demolition and repair work. We are very pleased with the work!

Highly recommended
It was 7:00 am when i heard the water running in the upstairs bathroom. Sure enough a hose broke at the bottom of the toilet. at 7:00 a.m. I called Birchall Resroration and within 1/2 hour 2 trucks pulled up and immediately starting cleaning up our 3 rooms of water. They then preceded to do an awesome job of cleaning up our mess. Will, the owned showed up every time with his crew, was always on time and kept us informed daily of the progress. When everything was ready to be repaired, we chose Will to do our repairs. Once again they were always on time, returned out phone calls quickly and did a great job of getting our house repaired and back in order I would highly recommend Birchall Restoration for all of your repair needs Value for Money

Amazing job
We were in the process of moving and when the movers removed furniture and area rugs, we saw how dirty the travertine floors and carpet were. I know that we were going to need carpet cleaning, but I could not believe how the travertine darkened over time until I saw what it was underneath the rug. I called in a jam because I needed the floors cleaned immediately so that we could close the sale of the house without making the new owners upset. They came out, gave a reasonable bid, and were there the following day. They did an amazing job and the floors looked as if they were brand new. Excellent service
Birchall Restoration recently upgraded the flooring throughout the entire first floor of our home. We had a mix of tile and carpet and explained that we wanted an upgrade and the look of hardwood. Will with Birchall Restoration provided us with free estimate and recommended Luxury Vinyl Planking. His written estimate was sent quickly and was clear & detailed.We are thrilled with the result--it is exactly what we wanted. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Will clearly communicated a time frame for the job and when all monies would be due. He and his team arrived on time each day and were all extremely friendly and well-mannered.
They moved all of our furniture when required and we were able to occupy our home comfortably during the entire process (took approximately 7 days). They cleaned everything completely when they were done so that my house was immaculate.
I will definitely use Birchall Restoration for all of my home contracting needs going forward.
