Carolyn Davis began her career off in sales for a huge firm in the Springfield, MO. That covers a four state territory. Carolyn went into sales in this firm and was put in charge of the lowest sales income teritory for that firm, within 3 years Carolyn turned this territory into the number one sales income producing teritory for this firm. In 2003 due to a individual family tragedy Carolyn decided to take some time off from the private sector. In 2006 Carolyn purchased Black Diamond Detective Agency which at the time of purchase had suffered a bad reputation due to poor management.
