Blackwater Electric Company. Was established in 1993 by Kimberly and David Hart for the goal of delivering commercial, and industrial clients with full-service, licensed electrical contracting services. Through hard work and an unyielding dedication to delivering 1st-class products and solutions to our clients, Blackwater Electric has expanded from a home-based operation in the Blackwater borough of Virginia Beach, Virginia to our corporate offices in the Greenbrier borough of Chesapeake, Virginia where we now employ more than eighty (80) full-time employees.
