It does NOT show that the photographer with letters after their names are actually up to date in terms of the fashion of photography nor does it show competence. Granted the BIPP and the MPA are highly rated but as such there will be a premium for that qualified photographer. I got married for 3000 and got a "cheap" photography student type and was extremely disappointed with the photographs.
