You may return an unopened game within 15 days of purchase and will receive the full amount of the game back minus the shipping cost. You'll not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping the game(s) back to us. All of our games are brand new, never having been opened. If pieces are missing, please contact the manufacturer of the game and they will send you the missing pieces for free. As USPS and FedEx do not guarantee delivery time, we can't either. We can resend you your tracking number, if you didn't receive one automatically, so that you can track you package.
