read moreBond Driving School works together with Driver Safety Department at DMV to assist you with regaining your license. We provide assistance with hearing appointments and obtaining your Special Permit in order to prepare you for the Driver Safety driving exam.

read moreThis program consists of a minimum of 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training. These lessons are for students who have completed Driver Education. You must possess and produce for Bond, the DMV learners' permit. These lessons are divided into three (3) two hour lessons. The first lesson will validate the students' permit to allow him/her to practice at home. We suggest that the student practice 10-15 hours at home between each lesson under the supervision of a licensed driver over the age of 25. read moreBe a minimum of 16 years of age and one day to take the behind-the-wheel driving test at DMV. After Driver's Education is completed, your child will be issued a certificate of completion of Driver's Education. Your child will need to take their certificate to the DMV along with their birth certificate, Social Security card, proof of residency and a completed DL 44 form (application for the permit). They will then take a vision test and the written permit test. Once they obtain the permit, he/she will be eligible to start the behind the wheel part of the driving program.

read moreThe instructors at Bond Driving School are licensed by the DMV. In order to get a DMV instructor license our instructors are fingerprinted and background checked. The DMV also administers a written and a behind the wheel road test. Instructors are also trained by our own AAA certified driving instructor trainer, as well as taking continuing education classes throughout the year given by the Driving School Association of California. Driver's Training is given in 2 hr lessons. Our instructors follow the guidelines set by the DMV.
