Bonfire Restaurant

The Bonfire has been in business for 45 years with the same owners at its helm. I suggest that is longer than most couples are married. Imagine what that symbolizes in today's world where restaurants open and close on a dime. Better yet, consider that even after 45 years The Bonfire is still one of the most popular and busy dining spots around. When Lou Diamond and Al Bellias thought about opening a restaurant those many years ago, they must have lit a fire somewhere as they judiciously named their place Bonfire. It was hot then and it's hot today.
