In continuous operation since the early 1980s, Books End is Syracuse's oldest used bookstore. About half our stock is fiction and about half is nonfiction, so we currently have any topic you might want - and with prices varying from 50 cents to $5000 we currently have something for every pocketbook. Collectively, we currently have over three decades of bookselling experience. We love to recommend books and are always pleased to assist you find whatever it is you need in the realm of books. All Books End employees will continuously be wearing masks, frequently cleaning surfaces and handles, and practicing social distancing guidelines. In business for over 33 years, Books End was voted Best Used Bookstore in 2017 by the City of Syracuse, a Neighborhood Favorite in 2017 and 2018 by Nextdoor, and most recently the 2019 Best of CNY Best Book Store by Table Hopping Magazine.
