Boulet Rehabilitation Services. Opened its doors in April 1992. It is a complete service outpatient physical therapy clinic that specializes in the treatment of spinal disorders, shoulder dysfunction, and management of chronic pain syndromes. Therapists combine three decades experience to evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal problems. Our goal is to return patients to the best standards of function following pain, trauma and dysfunction without compromising patient trust or confidentiality.
