Evaluated the existing building, and provided "modifications" to the existing concrete building, built in the year 1876; completed in 2006. Designed 3-story condominium building with 12-units. The floor framing included wood trusses with an opening at the center of truss, to allow mechanical systems; completed in 1995. Evaluated the existing 5-story concrete building built in the year 1908, and the study indicated that the existing footings and columns can take an additional load.

read moreModified the roof framing for new equipment for Upgrade of HVAC Systems. Reinforced existing beams by adding steel plates to top/bottom flanges of beams; completed in 2008. Designed 2-story building over an existing Parking Structure with a structural steel framing at the floor level, and wood framing with TJI joists at the roof level. Also, evaluated the structural capacity of the existing structure and prepared a report, providing findings and recommendations for deteriorated concrete; completed in 1997.

Evaluated the deteriorated concrete, and prepared construction documents, providing properties of restoration materials and construction details.

Evaluated the structural capacity of the existing floor framing, and provided modifications to the existing floor framing of the Historical Structure; completed in 2002. Designed two 6-story office buildings, and an Auditorium with a composite structural system; completed in 1995. Evaluated the structural capacity of the Attic floor, and provided a Structural Report for the Historical Structure; completed in 1998.
