On her way to work. As a result of the accident the Plaintiff was transported to Landmark Medical Center, which examination revealed a fracture of both legs. The plaintiff underwent surgery of her left tibilal plateau fracture on December 22, 2004. In addition the Plaintiff had followup with a number of Doctors and Physical therapy for her injuries.
