Appointments: When scheduling an appointment with us please explain the reason(s) for your visit. This will allow us to schedule the appropriate amount of time needed to address your healthcare needs. Please bring a list of your current medications with you on each visit. If you find that you are unable to keep your appointment we do request that you notify our office as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
