Burnett's Pool & Spa Service

The following year, I gained my license from the Los Angeles County Health Department in the repair and maintenance of public/commercial spas and pools. At this time I was accepted into the Independent Pool and Spa Serviceman's Association (IPSSA) a trade organization that regulates the pool and spa industry and promotes safety, licensing, education and professionalism. My name is Rick Burnett. I've been in the pool and spa industry for over twenty five years. In 1975, I left electrical engineering and began Burnett's Pool & Spa Service in the West Los Angeles area.
