I called Bursky and they came that same day; what a relief since our door would no longer lock (not good in the city). Sean (locksmith) was professional, prompt and explained all that he was doing thoroughly. He even had me use the new lock several times myself to ensure I was comfortable. Great service, I highly recommend!

I went on their website and was helped by an online agent to locate a nearby locksmith. I called for an appointment on Tuesday and booked the service on Thursday. Their service is very quick and responsive. Everything went very well and the locksmith appeared to be professional. Only downside is that I did not get a quote before hand so I was unprepared for the payment when the locksmith notified me the cost.

This guy is very the best. I lost my keys in the big snow storm he came quick and sat on top of a big snow bank and worked on my keys, got em done fast keys with a properly programed clicker very professional. Thnx again brother keep up the great work

Locked keys in car, Bursky was very fast and had my car unlocked within 30 minutes.

I had lost my keys in Boston common, and had to call to have a key made for my car, as the key I lost was my spare. They were polite on the phone and able to answer every question right away. They called with an ETA, and ever tried to find someone who could make it there sooner. Luckily I found my keys, and had to call and cancel, and I was afraid they might be mad but the guy I spoke with was very happy. Overall great experience, many people you speak with over the phone are very rude don't have any customer service skills, but that is not the case with this place.

Fast, courteous service in just a matter of hours from first call to resolved issue. Had a back patio door that was stuck, but it was thoroughly examined and then issues and costs were all explained after. Friendly service on location and great follow through from scheduling team. Very friendly and quick service. The contractor make sure everything runs smoothly from before the technician came until after he left. Guy that came and helped me fixed the lock problem got it done pretty quick in less than 5 mins. Highly recommend!

TLDR: A little disorganized but honest hardworking folks that got the job done cheaply. edit: So after having this experience, a manager reached out to me in hopes of making amends to the situation, which shows the company's commitment to making their service easy to use. I was offered a partial reimbursement to bring down the original price from $140 to $90, which was in my expected budget, and eventually due to a slightly delayed return process, they gave me back 75$, making the service one the cheapest I found in the area. Getting the reimbursement back was a little bit of headache, but ultimately it was done, and i am confident that the folks working at this company are honest hardworking people not looking to screw strangers over on the internet.

I bumped them up to 4 stars and would suggest other work with this business. They'd be a 5 star company if they used this experience with me to streamline the process for their future customers. Guy came very quickly which was a plus, and the owner checked in with me frequently to make sure it's going smoothly to both of their credit. However, it was extremely expensive. Prices were not clear from the get go, and even when I'd been asking for clarification i got specious answers. When just some random guy showed up with a grinder to cut my ulock, he initally asked me for roughly 200$ the service fee of 35$.

I had been expecting a bill around 90-120$ from the research i did elsewhere and what the guy (i suspect from high frequency of posts on this page the owner) on the inital phone call had led me to believe. Locked out of the house and inside in under an hour. Alex was great. He successfully did everything to not drill our door lock.

Great experience. I called on a Sunday and unlike most "24 hour" services, they picked up immediately and got the process started. A technician was at our place in less than an hour after the first call was placed and the issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes. The communication throughout the process was timely, informative and professional. While I'm not looking forward to my next lock-related issue, if I do I will certainly use Bursky's services again.

First, one star for being very polite when the company answered the phone. I respect that very much. A second star because the locksmith actually showed up. A third star because the locksmith showed up in the estimated time and the company called to ensure that I received an ETA and also to ensure that the locksmith showed up. Very professional. Then a four star because the locksmith provided a cost estimate.

In less than a minute (yes, I said in less than a minute), the locksmith inserted inflatable air wedges and popped the door open. After several hours, I was finally able to get into my house! The last fifth start was because the locksmith worked efficiently and did the job fast. Bursky Locksmith behaved very professionally and addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction. My key was broken off into my lock, and I am extremely appreciative of how efficient and personable that Mike was. I called Bursky Locksmith and Mike was here in less than a half an hour. Reasonably priced and great.

Mike the Locksmith came to my house cause I am a moron and locked myself out of my bedroom! He was here in 20 mins on a Sunday and now I am back in business! No damage on the door and great guy! 10/10 would recommend.

Fast is accurate. While they didn't have the specific door handle to replace my broken one but they did manage to solve my immediate problem. Getting into my house. I would use them again. Hopefully I don't have to. FYI: $30 service fee. $170 to get the door open. Worth it.
