Edward M. Ed) Buttimer has been practicing law since 1968. Ed was an Assitant District Attorney for Chatham County followed by a referee for Chatham County Juvenile Court until 1975 when he began his own practice. Ed continued to be Judge Pro Tem for a number of years. A 1968 graduate of the University of Georgia Law School, Ed is most active in the areas of real estate and probate. Ed received his Bachelor of Arts in English (with a History minor) from Belmont Abbey College in 1964.
