C & C Yard Care was established in 1985 by Chris Corigliano and Pat Cacucciolo. The high school staff enjoyed gaining extra money in the summer months mowing lawns for North Spokane homeowners. Their ideas were simple. Supply quality service at a good price. Above all, be honest, dependable and friendly with customers. Give the client a little more than was expected. With these simple business aims business flourished. In 1989, Pat left the firm to pursue other interests. As time passed Chris added new services to satisfy client requests of having one contractor for all their landscape requirements.
