We trace the beginning of Cabinets by Graber back to a tiny wooden converted hog barn where Chris Graber and his family started their woodworking journey. As a member of the old order Amish church in late 60's, Amish farmer Chris Graber found himself working a complete shift at a local cabinet factory. When his shift was over he went home and milked eight cows by hand and then out to his converted barn (a primitive woodworking shop by today's standards! Where he made chairs, tables, hall trees, redwood hot tub skirts, pallets, turned baseball bats, made neck yokes, double trees and other miscellaneous items for the local farmers.
