Sunbelt Shows. Is a media firm that specializes in promoting chile peppers, fiery foods, and barbecue. It was organized in 1988 as a sole proprietorship to provide the 1st National Fiery Foods Show. The owners were-and still are-Dave DeWitt and Mary Jane Wilan, a wife and husband staff. The firm was incorporated in 1990 and produced additional shows including the Miller Motorsports Expo and the Albuquerque Home Show. The National Fiery Foods Show moved from hotel venues to the Albuquerque Convention Center and grew speedily from year to year.
