Ben began his firm using the back of his pickup truck paving domestic driveways in the City of Laguna Beach back in 1961. By the mid 1960's Ben slowly began taking on more commercial projects including tiny apartment complexes and shopping center parking lots. Today Ben's Asphalt is involved with grading and paving of new construction projects as well as maintenance and repair. Ben's Asphalt employs state-of-the-art equipment such as Blaw-Knox PF-3200 asphalt paving machines.
