On Friday, February 6, 2009, California Bank & Trust (CB&T) acquired the deposits and loans of Alliance Bank of Culver City, CA. Since that time, we currently have successfully transitioned all branches to CB&T systems. With the final stage of this transition complete, our former Alliance Bank customers now have approach to the comprehensive set of products and services provided at CB&T as well as the convenience of more than 90 branches and 100 ATMs to serve you statewide.
