Who We Are
read moreCalvary Baptist Church is a Christ-Centered, caring church family in the center of our community. Our mission is to love God and each other, and to share with others the Good News of Jesus Christ as we worship, teach, serve and nurture spiritual growth. Since our founding in 1875, Calvary Baptist Church has always been "a different kind of Baptist church." We've changed names and location several times throughout our more than 130 year history, but we haven't changed our core values. Calvary is faithful to the practices which we believe make us unique.

Sundays

During our times of corporate worship on Sunday mornings, we nurture our relationship with God and each other. Calvary offers multiple opportunities to worship with our church family. In all of our worship services we hear from God through scripture, music, readings and preaching. We respond to God through prayer, litany, offering and song.
