Over the years, I typically supply crews for larger local jobs in Napa and Sonoma county, however when traveling out of the region or state such as Hawaii, it is often more practical for me to simple show up with the timber and direct a local crew.

read moreCombining advanced 3D computer modeling with computer numerical control (CNC) machinery, the modern timber frame can be fabricated with extreme accuracy and speed. Prior to chisel meeting timber, I fully developed and modeled each frame in 3D digital space. This model is detailed down to the location of each peg hole, and accounts for a 1/32 inch difference between adjoining mortises and tenons to insure a snug yet workable assembly. For truly custom work, such as natural rounds and hewn finishes, I offer hand crafted components.
