Capital Investigations

CAPITAL Investigations' owner, Gary Cohen, is a Vice President/Charter Member of APIA, Alabama Professional Investigators Association. Gary Cohen adheres to the ethics codes of this association, which protect the customer, the case, and the integrity of the investigation. Gary Cohen has a degree in Criminal Justice, with honors, and continues to grow his experience in the area of Investigations. Additionally, Mr. Cohen was elected Constable of Mobile County in the elections of 2000.
