Jo-Ann C. LoRusso is the owner and originator of Cardinale Cosmetics. This young woman obtained her Bachelor of Science in Design and Resource Management with emphasis on fashion. Soon after, she accepted a management position for a prestigious cosmetic line, and with the experience earned, started research and development procedures for her own line of cosmetics called Cardinale. Jo-Ann is a nationally founded makeup artist and consultant to specialists on the business of beauty.
