Council Bluffs Community Health Centers started in 1997 as a clinic situated at Place 35 in the W end of Council Bluffs. In 1998, as the need for services grew, the clinic was relocated to the Omni Center as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Since then a Dental clinic, X-ray services, a handicapped accessible van and translation services have been added to eliminate barriers to health care for the whole community.
