The staff includes doctors, RNs, social workers, physical therapists, case managers, patients and CNAs. A CNA will spend more time with the patient than any member of the healthcare staff. Their job is to not only supply assistance with the patient's basic health care and activities of daily living, but supply emotional support to family and friends.
