Carlyle Care Center

The Carlyle employs Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses to oversee residents mental health and medical concerns. We're staffed with Nursing Assistants 24 hours a day, to guarantee that the personal requirements of each resident are met in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Our care team helps each resident with his or her activities of daily living (ADLs) which include medication management, bathing, toileting, dressing and other requirements. In addition, the Carlyle supplies transportation for medical appointments when alternate transportation is not available.
