Caro, Monroe & Liang is an expert corporation set up in 1981 for the general practice of Architecture and Urban Planning. The founding principals have each practiced architecture on the Virginia Peninsula for over 30 years. They bring to the company varied educational and experienced backgrounds which complement and reinforce sound design and production teams. Each principal shares design and project management responsibilities in order to supply continuity to each project.
