We had a water heater start spring a heavy leak. The two plumbers that were sent out were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They confirmed my assumption that the appliance needed to be replaced (which makes since given that it was 20 years old and the previous owner of our home seemed to have not done any basic maintenance).The entire reason I'm writing this review is the next detail: my wife and I are on a low, but livable, temporarily fixed income. The company treated us like people and listened to our issue then helped up make an arrangement that was above and beyond what most companies do today.
The installation work was fast and top-notch, including some customer education on how to do the simple manual servicing.
They get 5 stars because they earned it every step of the way. We'll continue to call them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Great job!
Oh My Gosh! These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty! Ordered a new sink as a gift for my son from the Lowes in Clayton. My son had surgery on his right arm and couldn't pick up the sink. I called CP&R to see if they could pick it up and do the installation They picked up the sink, took it to my son's house to install. The sink was broken, CP&R returned it to Lowes for us. When the new sink came in, CP&R went again to pick up the sink, again the sink was broken. Third try, CP&R went, again, to Lowes, checked the new sink - all was well. Installing the sink was the easy part! I appreciate Paul dealing with all the stuff at Lowes for us and not telling me to find a new guy to finish the job. Really appreciated all their help! Value for Money
