Gradually, though, Carpet Town added other kinds of flooring, so that now it has grown into a complete-flooring fashion center, which is staffed by a professional and experienced team of sales consultants. It has a design area with wallpaper, window treatments and fabric, which is staffed by a team of award winning interior designers. Throughout its over 35 year history, Carpet Town has had a family member leading the firm. Wendy D. Werner, Lester and Charlotte's daughter, is currently Carpet Town's president.

Highly recommended!
The salesperson we dealt with was so knowledgeable and at first we talked about Stainmaster carpet but realized we didn't want to spend that on our son's bedroom. She didn't try to push us. She totally was fine and switched gears on the fly. She was amazing! And the installers are great! So nice and they do their best to you done! They were fine with our dogs too (totally fine if they weren't) but super friendly and fast. We have used them four times and will keep using them! Value for Money

Excellent service
I highly recommend Carpet Town, they have excellent service and stand behind their product! We purchased carpet from them 4 years ago and was disappointed in the wear, fibers were coming out and the carpet was not cleaning the way it should after a professional clean. Anyhow, I went to the store and Jonathan was extremely helpful. Long story short, they are replacing our carpet free of charge after a third party inspection! Not too often retailers stand behind their product to this degree, we are very pleased. We will be recarpeting the rest of our home and will be using Carpet Town! Value for Money
