He Elias brothers were fortunate enough to grow up on Sanibel Island, giving them exposure to a huge array of the food service industry. Their experience includes but is not limited to; fine dining, hotel banquet, casual dining, and country club management. Established in 1996, with over 55 combined years of food service experience, Catering by Jack and Mike Elias has grown steadily and has a huge array of professional and private customers. Jack Elias is currently and has been a Culinary Arts Instructor for the past ten years.
