I love this store. The sales reps are so nice and actually know what they are talking about. I go there every year with a pool sample and buy exactly what they say my pool needs and every single time they hit it perfect! Prices are pretty good and they have a great amount of stock on hand. I go to the Cayman pool location in Concord on Concord Parkway.

They are definitely the best pool store! Helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Free water testing, which other stores discourage. Have a great inventory of parts for filters and vacuums which is so important when your pool goes down. Prices are competitive.

Fantastic customer service! Great people to work with - you agree a time and date and their technician is there! He wouldn't leave until he'd checked everything was up and running. Would use them again with no hesitation. They really go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! A 5-STAR RATING! The used hot tub we purchased had heating issues. At the 1st service call, the technician wouldn't charge me until he knew they had the problem fixed. They didn't charge us at all until it was resolved, and when they did, it was fair and reasonable! Truly old fashioned service and work ethic! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cayman Pool & Spa, Mooresville, NC!

My first visit was very informative They gave me a container to collect a water sample from my spa. upon returning, they tested the water, picked out the chemicals I needed and printed out the amounts for each chemical. I have been back over the last year and they are always willing to help. Great team.

Mandi and her staff have the best customer service of the majority of pool and spa supply stores from Statesville to Hickory. I'm in retail and I know great customer service! We just set up our first above ground pool and she offered insight unlike any other retailer around. She is going to be our "Go To" for pool needs for a long time. Thank you MANDI AND STAFF!
