Cel Television and Satellite Repair was began as a Part-Time business under the name of Converter Electronics ltd on January 1, 1989. It was a business performing repairs on Cable Television Set-top converters and descramblers. Converter Electronics ltd serviced cable systems in the Monterey, San Francisco Bay areas, Santa Barbara and Las Cruces, New Mexico. In 1991 we applied and received our California State License for the repair of Consumer Electronics. Between 1991 and 2000 we began servicing clients in the Contra Costa and Alameda counties near San Francisco.
