Dr. Tourage Rafeei is a native of Iran. He graduated from Teacher's Training University, Iran with a B. S. Degree in Physical Education and Fitness in 1979. After acquiring 5 years of coaching experience, he then proceeded to get a B. S. Degree in Physical Therapy in 1990 and a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 1991 from Texas Woman's University in Dallas, Texas. Afterwards, he completed his Ph. D. Degree in Combined Physical Therapy and Anatomy in 1999 from Medical College of Virginia/VCU, Richmond, VA.
