Our mill can also create new mouldings based off any sketch, idea, or existing profile you may have. When random width lumber is requested, our straight-line ripping is a cost-effective process that produces a straight, flat edge for gluing, or blanks at a specific width if both edges are ripped. Our Gang Ripper utilizes multiple saw blades for flexible width requirements, greater precision, and is ideal for narrower moulding blanks at higher volumes or short runs of S4S.
