The federal government has issued changes to Regulation E affecting fees in connection with overdrafts from ATM and one-time debit card purchases. Beginning July 1, 2010, we'll not be capable to assess these fees without your written authorization on the OPT IN form that you will receive in a separate mailing. This doesn't affect checks drawn on your account or recurring payments using your debit card.
