Fully trustworthy, it is sufficient as the final and infallible authority for faith and practice. We believe that every person is inherently sinful and is born in a state of alienation and willful rebellion against God. Mankind is utterly unable to remedy this lost condition, the consequence of which is eternal death, separation from God spent in a literal hell. We believe that salvation is offered as a gift of God's grace and is received through faith alone by trusting solely in the merit of Jesus Christ's finished work of atonement in His death on the cross.

read moreThe Chapel supports individual missionaries and mission organizations locally, statewide, nationally and internationally. Support decisions are made by our missions committee on a case by case basis. The missions committee is comprised of several people from our congregation and new members are always welcome. At the bottom of this page you will find a list of places that offer local assistance in Anchorage. Some of these groups we support financially, some we do not. They all express compassion and wholehearted desire to serve those in need in the work they do.
