I don't think one could expect a more carefully executed training than that which Chesapeake Hot Yoga offers. This advanced training is for those who have already completed an RYT 200 program. Upon completion of the 300 hour program teachers will be able to register as a RYT 500 with the Yoga Alliance. Teachers can register as an RYT 500 once they have successfully completed a 500 hour yoga teacher training program that is registered with Yoga Alliance.

I received my Reiki Certification in 2016 and became a Natural Health Consultant in 2016. Growing up I was always told I had a naturally healing touch. I am trained in various massage modalities but specialize in medical massage, pain management and rehabilitation. Having worked as a independent contractor in a medical environment for some time, I have experience with cancer patients, worker comp injuries, motor vehicle victims and pre/post surgery patients.
