I provide lessons in traditional Kung Fu, Contemporary Wu Shu, Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, Chin Na, Weapons, Self Defense and much more. The programs I offer are geared towards fitness and health. When you focus on health it leads to happiness, because a healthy body makes you feel nice; If you feel nice you're going to be cheerful. Through diligent training self defense comes naturally. It could be said that Taiji quan is an internal martial art, that is a physically applied stage of the Chinese science of Yin and Yang.
