In 1949, Mr. Chun Yu Lee and Mr. Chun Tang Lee, established the Chun Yu Works & Co. Ltd. In Kangshan of southern Taiwan. It was the time of Taiwan's Restoration. Materials and equipment were in critical shortage. The firm's startup included three or four simple machines and about ten employees. They manufactured screws and nuts. In the following decade, the firm progressed step by step. Employees and owners alike worked hard. As screws and nuts grew in demand, both domestically and abroad, a golden age dawned in Chun Yu's history.
