Albert G. Cisneros has over thirty five years knowledge in the electrical field and teaches education classes for the State of Texas. Mr. Cisneros is a Master electrician, a member of IAEI (International Association of Recognized Inspectors, project designer, and a past member of the electrical board for the city of San Antonio.
