This field of membership includes anyone that lives, works, worships, volunteers, or attends school in Howard, Borden, Glasscock, Martin or Midland counties in Texas, as well as their immediate family members, business and other legal entities situated therein. Citizens Federal Credit Union is not a bank. We are a progressive, full-service financial institution. We supply quality service as a not-for-profit financial cooperative, owned and democratically controlled by its membership.
