Lloyd Clark began Clark's Tool Outlet as a source for inexpensive tools during the height of the 70's recession. In 1984, Lloyd was ready to retire and sold the business to Don Gamble. With a background in the automotive parts business, Don understood the need that mechanics and repair shop owners had for quality tools and provides. With this in mind, Don started transforming Clark's Tool Outlet into a place for quality American made tools and equipment.
