Recently used Cleanzen for a " move-in" clean and Shanika was great! I really appreciate her giving me a call to let me know when she was on her way and texting me completion updates throughout the service. The fridge looks like new! Would definitely use again Service: Moving-related cleaning

I previously used another cleaning company that was located in Back Bay and they often didn't show or were early/late. I switched to Cleanzen and have been thrilled-- they are worth every penny and then some. Always on time, flexible with scheduling changes. I feel Marcia's team goes above and beyond just cleaning. My couch cushions are smoothed and pillows arranged, my bathroom counter items are neatly straightened, the hand towels are folded as though it's a luxury hotel. I could go on.

Chuanise and her cleaning partner ( can't remember her name) did a fantastic job. I am very particular and they attended to every detail. When my daughter and husband returned home from a trip they were blown away by how great the apartment looked. I'd asked for vaccinated cleaners and they said not all of them are vaccinated but that they would schedule 2 who were. Not very Zen to send unvaccinated people into peoples' homes. I would be cautious about that.

Antonia's team was awesome! They clean our home every few weeks and go above and beyond what you'd expect of cleaners. We couldn't say anything better about the team of cleaners at all and Cleanzen is definitely a great company that we'd recommend. Have been using Cleanzen for several months and could not be more pleased. After the first clean I could not believe how clean they got everything, places that hadn't been cleaned in years! Email reminders when they are coming, and follow up on if everything was satisfactory. You won't be disappointed.
