Clinical Specialist Physical Therapy

Sam received a bachelor's degree in Biology from California State University, Fullerton in 1993. He graduated from the Physical Therapy Program at California State University, Long Beach in 1995. He has worked with several high schools in the role of an Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist to aid prevent and rehabilitate athletic injuries. Sam completed the Kaiser Permanente Southern California Orthopaedic Residency in 2000. In 2003 he graduated from the Kaiser Permanente Manual Therapy Fellowship and from the Kaiser Permanente Movement Science Fellowship in 2004.
