Albert Coleman Colie Linehan. Colie, as his friends called him, was born in Canandaigua, NY in 1917. Later, he and his wife Mary raised their three children (Paul, Colleen and Kathy) in Pittsford, NY. Colie was an outgoing and well-dressed salesman with a vibrant personality, and known for his professionalism. He had a genuineinterest in people, and was surrounded by family and lots of friends who adored him. Our cafes are named after Colie to continue his legacy of outstanding customer service in a warm and friendly environment.Our Core Values
